Repeat Prescriptions

Please use the button below to place a repeat prescription order for your pet.  Please allow a minimum of 3 working days for your prescription to be processed.

Please ensure that you accurately enter:

• the name of the medicine
• the strength of the tablet or liquid (where applicable)
• how much of the medication you wish to request

If you wish to receive a written prescription, remember to specify this. We will need the e-mail address of the pharmacist and a copy of your order number. Please contact us for more information.

If you wish to have the medication posted to you, please remember to request this. A postage and packaging fee will be added to your account. Please note: this service is not available for Controlled Drugs, fridge items, or bulky items such as prescription diets.

We will contact you if there is a problem with the request, or a problem with supply.

We will contact you when your prescription is ready to collect, so please ensure your contact details are up-to-date on our systems at all times.
